    • OUR STORY 
      Let me introduce the water bottle made by putting our designs in Kintosa's water bottle.  
      The body is made of Tritan, a BPA free material, so it can be used semi-permanently.  
      It is easy to use because it can put hot drinks up to 80 degrees. (Boiling in hot water can cause changes in the product.)  
       
      With a generous capacity of 500ml, it is a good product to pack and carry water or coffee when you go out.  
      It is made of an airtight type, but if you add too much beverage, shake it hard or break it, the airtightness may decrease.  
      When you put it in your bag, we recommend that you put it in your bag after making sure the contents do not leak.

      CAUTION 
      Stains and deposits may occur during the process. Please use it after washing it.  
      For rough scrubbers, it wears out the life of cup printing. Please wash it with a soft sponge.  
      There may be bubbles, bubble holes, glaze flow marks, glaze clumps, residues, dots, etc. on the surface or on the transfer during the manufacturing process. This cannot be the reason for a return or refund. 
      Please understand that printing is a work of attaching by hand one by one, so there may be inclination. 
      Attach the lettering to the curved surface and the line becomes thin, which can cause breakage. 
      There may be mold finishing marks on the lid. This is not a defective product, so it cannot be exchanged/refunded.

      You are eligible for exchange or return in the following cases:

       - If the goods have been damaged or destroyed due to causes attributable to you (However, you are eligible to cancel your order if you had opened the packaging to examine the contents.)
        - If the value of the goods has depreciated significantly due to partial or heavy use
        - If the value of the goods has depreciated significantly because a long period of time has elapsed, making it difficult to resell the goods 
      - If the packaging has been damaged for goods that can be reproduced as identical counterfeits 
       - If we have obtained your consent of ineligibility because irrecoverable damage to the seller is expected in the case of an order cancellation for goods that are produced individually for an order.
       - If the provision of digital content has already commenced. (However, this shall not apply to the portion for which the provision of such digital content has not commenced in cases of a contract comprising divisible services or divisible digital content.)
